A service for mapping OIDC identities to local identities, with local user management

This is a web application that provides a textual search interface to the Helmholtz Knowledge Graph. The user can search and filter results related to their queries for the Helmholtz Knowledge Graph via this interface. It is built using NextJs in TypeScript.

The documentation includes detailed information on the scope, stakeholder and user guides, as well as, developer guides. Data providers it provides basic information about metadata and how to connect to the graph, as well as how FAIR metadata can look like and should be exposed for a high visibility on the internet. Users find documentation of the available endpoints, i.e. Web front end, SPARQL API. Developers will find technical documentation on the software stack and deployment.

Collection of HIFIS workshop reports and reporting guidelines

Collects data from different sources and prepares it for further usage in statistical analysis. Mainly aimed to help with creating the relevant statistics for the yearly report but also extendable for different use-cases. Current status: POC/WIP

Manages JSON LD data being injected into, and data dumps coming from Virtuoso Graph DB

This is the internal data model used in the Helmholtz Knowledge Graph Infrastructure. RAW metadata that was harvested is mapped on this data model for harmonisation and validation purposes and to supply data to the UI.
