implement display of grid command

this MR implements what was previously hosted at https://tools.clm-community.eu/web_pep/gui_go/web_pep_go.php. When rendering the preview, one now also gets a command to generate the grid from the command-line

@csteger, do you think this is enough to replace the original tool?
