switch to Bootstrap5

This MR updates from bootstrap4 to bootstrap5.

@csteger and @beate.geyer: I'll merge this now and deploy it on the production side. but it may be that I oversaw some formatting issues. In case you see something strange looking on the website, please do not hesitate to tell me or open an issue
