Template marriage

Bjoern Saß requested to merge template-marriage into main

This MR merges the hereon-netcdf-en repo in parts with the template repository hereon-netcdf-md-rules-dummy which is based on the (Sphinx documentation template).

  • TODO 1: Before this MR can be merged, !3 (merged) has to be merged successfully.

  • TODO 2: Mail addresses of further authors are missing in cruft.json - @Chilipp please have a look at the authors_mail parameter in comparison to the authors names list.
