Exclude certain Ressources from Clusterbackup

Problem:

Currently, all Ressources (yml files, volumes, images) are part of the cluster wide backup process. With the introduction of volumes that are based on the HCDC NFS server, the necessity arises to excludes these sources from backup.

Proposed Solution:

Introduce a lable "backup: no" or similar (equivalent to the solution for the ingress networkpolicies), that can be referenced by me in the Openshift API for Data Protection so that the respective ressources are not backed up. This lable needs to be used for all cluster external NFS shares (PVs and PVCs) and may also be used for other ressources that should be excluded from backup.
