implement option to hard code the host and protocoll

not so nice, but apparently the host is not passed down to the app and this is the cause why https://thredds.hcdc.hereon.de/thredds is forwarding to an internal address.

this helps us to circumvent the problem @jan-eike.schnabel but we should look for a better solution
