added info message at the end of install.sh and moved sourcing of the env to start.sh, also renamed to first_start.sh

added preliminary versions of install and startup scripts, got conf and load files from docker setup. also added dir_watcher.

updated claims in default-ssl and removed old version of mod_want_digest, will put in as sub-repo again.

q-values and multiple digests possible now. file is read again for each digest, need to optimize this!

added a prototype for an apache module that compares file checksums according to RFC 3230. this is an alpha version!
