q-values and multiple digests possible now. file is read again for each digest, need to optimize this!

added a prototype for an apache module that compares file checksums according to RFC 3230. this is an alpha version!

updated the readme w/ some clarifications regarding the purpose of the instance, first testing commands and some important prerequisites.

added the first working version of the apache configuration with mod_auth_openidc and mpm-itk together with a lua script for mapping between remote and local user.

* What is a realistic amount of data? Even in simple case it should be target to be better then a simple SnS share, i.e. >> few GB.

* Changed use-case to simple case one (internal DESY to HZDR)
--> simple case two would be vice versa
--> not-so-simple case three would be two non-DESY people wanting to transfer data via dCache.
