login-dev: remove admin deep link

Removed the dedicated (and outdated?) admin deeplink to dev-unity.

• Old link was to https://login-dev.helmholtz.de/admin.
• This one meanwhile throws 404
• Remove commit
• @sa.apweiler : Is this correct?
  • remember to do the same also for production unity, when that one is updated.
