Replacing HDF -> Helmholtz AAI / HIFIS
There are a few unclear / missing points:
Up-to-date contact points & mailing lists:
- General contact list: hdf-aai@lists.kit.edu -> hifis-aai@desy.de
- Security contact: hdf-security@lists.kit.edu
- Services (contacts for the SP-IdP-Proxy): hdf-services@lists.kit.edu
- HIFIS management (to submit VO registration requests): office@hifis.net
I am not aware of rebranded mailing lists; is this something we want to do? What is the overhead of changing these?
Default / Test VO
The documentation states that this is "HDF": all users are automatically added to it and all services are recommended to support it (albeit with low quota). Is this still accurate or should this be HIFIS (also exists in the list of VOs)? Or both?
Supported VOs and required entitlements
Please inform the HDF AAI Mailinglist about which VOs you support. We’d like to keep track of that information on this [table](https://login.helmholtz.de/unitygw/VAADIN/files/connected-services.html).
There is no information on this in the table (or anywhere else that I know) -> we need to centralise this somewhere in the docs.
Raising assurance
We are therefore working on a method that allows authorised personnel to raise individual components of a users' assurance.
Is this still true?
