Draft: Update Cloud KPI June 2022

• Provide a doc page that allows easy overview of what we calculate here and why, so far it's only a stub
• For detail view: Convert the pdf to mathjax based html page (more straightfoward access)
• Calculate data for June 30 2022 (mid 2022, for Review Report)
• Provide an easy-to-grasp versioning of the published data (would be two data points by then, and become more soonish)
