Update dcache doc

Todo from https://gitlab.hzdr.de/hifis/cloud/access-layer/portal/-/merge_requests/74#note_1412756 to align the (terribly outdated) doc with the first listing in cloud portal.

• emptied AAI login stuff, we have better descriptions elsewhere
• added AUP
• moved in the hierarchy from prototype to normal cloud services doc
