Pdf to mathjax and some link corrections

Uwe Jandt (DESY, HIFIS) requested to merge pdf-to-mathjax into 60-cloud-operation-kpi-update-content

Cloud KPI:

  • This converts the (manually created) pdf to a directly clickable html page, built with mathjax.
  • Need to resolve the exernal js depedency
  • added missing link / fixed broken link
