Clean Cloud Services Overview Pages

Old Cloud Services Doc Overview page is notoriously outdated (links: live / permalink).

E.g., inconsistent collection and naming of pilot / associated / test / ... / services and corresponding documentation stubs.

• This MR intends to clean the most urgent structural things / menu flow.
• Almost no content changed or deleted, should be done one-by-one in extra MR.

• Clean up overview page
• Clean up side menu
• Delete old service overview pages that are now obsolete after having a) portal and b) plony
• Delete service description snippets that are better suited in portal's services description (Limesurvey...)
  👉 better do that one-by-one in extra MRs, to not delay this one too much.
• Keep and correctly link actual techdoc snippets, like AAI integration details for Gitlab, nubes...
