First Version of a How-to reach out to HIFIS in order to notify cloud service users on upcoming issues, e.g. downtimes etc.

  • change tecdoc chapter: add new chapter Service Operation -> hifis.net/doc/service-operation/notification-template
  • add a link of Tec-doc/cloud-notification at HIFIS Provider website
