Add metadata to final pages

Uwe Jandt (DESY, HIFIS) requested to merge pages-metadata-autoadd into master

Adding some basic auto-generated metadata to the pages, according to mkdocs doc

  • Add last-changed date
    • need mkdocs-git-revision-date-localized-plugin, so pipfiles are updated
  • First-Creation date
  • Link to repo file to allow quick access to edit the sources for the current page
