Helmholtz ID rebranding

Uwe Jandt (DESY, HIFIS) requested to merge some-helmholtz-id-rebranding into master
  • Replaced some of "Helmholtz AAI" with "Helmholtz ID / AAI" on several of the high level pages (not on all though)
  • Added one explicit explanation on the difference of both here
  • Added logo
