Draft: User stories to overview page

Propose to, have "user story" cards only on the landing page, not on service pages (ID or Cloud, or whatever).

This should probably be taken up again once !566 (merged) is merged and reshaping of menu structure has settled a bit.

I.e.,

• remove the card from "Cloud"
• align and collect user-centric use cases in "Overview"/Landing page
