Main title and slogan

Main title should not be too long but also correct. Currently "federated" is missing. Could be fine but is also political.

Proposals

• leave "Helmholtz IT Services" and cross-check with coordinators
• change to "Helmholtz Federated IT Services", but probably with smaller Hermann font size
• Don't use the name at all, instead put short slogan there "Federated IT for Science". HIFIS Logo and name is on top anyway.
