FAQ: I need a service for this and that. Is there a workflow to request a service or can I nominate a feature somewhere?

We might have already talked about this, but I [LK] am not sure what the answer would be.

Can users really ask for a service? Via support? Can that have an influence?

Yes, it goes into the Service Recruitment Process (Collecting ideas, clustering, recruiting potential service providers), which is headed by @Laura.Marie.Holz1 .

No, not really, because I see so far no overwhelming response (which is a slight understatement) of service providers to actually set up and provide new services after the "recruiting" request given to them.

@Laura.Marie.Holz1 could you please allow Sophie access to the Service recruitment mattermost board (if not done already)? That would probably help to get some context.

The voting idea is currently only "Prio B", and not yet decided how to exactly implement that and where. Will be discussed next monday in "Cloud Acccess Layer / Portal" meeting.

I added @sophie.servan to the Service Recruiting Mattermost Channel, so now the Board with the service ideas should be accessible
