Mattermost contact + All-HIFIS homepage channel

Supply mattermost contact channel, if possible (Helmholtz-only)

Note that the actual purpose of this is not yet really clear at least to me.

• What would be the expected outcome of such MM conversations?
• Who is going to moderate/answer that?
• Is it a good idea to collect all remarks/conversations of anyone at any time point for anyone to read after arbitrary time ... ;)

To collect feedback HIFIS-internally, and also requests for updates/news, I propose to start a public HIFIS homepage channel and annouce that one on Town square.
