"Overarching Work Packages" menu item redundant

To a newbie, HIFIS Overall Services is a bit confusing/redundant:

• "Overarching work packages" as a title, we wonder what these work packages are, it's the only time it appears at this level
• HIFIS helpdesk link should be in the "Can we help you?" menu
• "Learning Materials" are already under Learning & Training
• "Surveys" are also already under "About HIFIS", which is where I would naturally look to find them

So I'd suggest to remove this page and link in the menu and add HIFIS Helpdesk link under the "Can we help you?" menu.

It's a very small subtask of issue #420 (closed).
