For `hifis.net` deployment, links in html should not start from `/hifis.net`

For final publication, a href links in downloadable artifacts should not start from /hifis.net instead from /. Or do I confuse anything?

If you take the output of the job that is called build:production it is build for /. The other build jobs use different subpaths.
