FAQ: Define user groups to address
FAQ need to be refined.
We should define target groups and questions+answers, as well as links between them.
For Q&A, I propose to add new issues with FAQ
tag each.

Proposal for user groups:
- Scientific user from in- or outside Helmholtz
- IT Helpdesk/Deciders in Helmholtz Centers
- External more generally interested people (funders, boards, non German IT initiatives)

For Helmholtz Cloud, one prominent target group are help desk teams at providing centers.
Most of the information they need are described in the technical documentation. But we need a good navigation to those answers.
FAQ can be a possible way to improve. I guess, we will have a lot of FAQ. So perhaps we also need a navigation (chapters?) for them. - Author Owner
