Replace old UFZ logo

Norman Ziegner requested to merge update-ufz-logo into master

Since last year the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research has a new logo: https://www.ufz.de/index.php?de=34853

This MR replaces the old UFZ logo with the new one.
