Thanks for formulating this. I just noticed that some usage instructions for WebFTS could be handy, so I added them to the post. I will have a look and let you know once I am done.

@wetzel-desy thanks for adding.

In the current state, I prefer to swap the "preconditions" and the "how-to" part: Since most of the centers will currently not fulfil the preconditions. Also, some terms like "Helmholtz AAI", "endpoints" are introduced in preconditions and would then be used in the "how-to"
