Adapt create_jumbotrons script to use ffmpeg and ffprobe

• Adapt script so that commands 'ffmpeg' and 'ffprobe' are used.
• Rename script.

Dear Fredo @erxleb87,

variants of the Jumbotron images are scaled in the GitLab CI pipeline with FFmpeg (thanks for pointing to FFmpeg). Thus, I deleted all of those variants in this MR.

One question about this: Doesn't the repeated image scaling not eat up a lot of computation resources? Should we cache the images as done before or is the re-generation not that computation intensive?

One other question: Is there any documentation that should be updated to instruct people how to properly add Jumbotrons now?
