According to earlier comment:

• try to reduce the hurdle for Gitlab non-natives using easier wording, some basic gitlab intro, link to actual gitlab examples.

To do:

• Easier intro text and links.
• Create Gitlab example project and link to it.
  • make that example public do this in parent branch kroki-post
• clarify post categories/types and show on front page ----> move to extra issue/MR

@frust45 I started a proposal with some (imo) easier-to-digest intro for newcomers. Wdyt?

@frust45 Since now we have news, tutorials and blog posts side-by-side, I'd prefer to show this type/category on the front page (again).

With a3ca938e, I made it visible, very roughly. However:

• Why do events have single type, while posts have one or more categories? Is this difference necessary or should we better tag news (like events) with single type?

@frust45 so I will start up a basic gitlab example project, right?

That could imo really be very, very basic and be improved over time. I think it's important to have it linked here from the start, so people principally now where it is and where to look when they want to see updates/more infos.
