Resolve "Add Roadmap"

First roadmap added and linked, separated for 3 clusters + overall.

@SpickerHZB @andreasfk @frust45 can you possibly check the correctness and completeness of the roadmaps points for cloud+software clusters (at least for the time being)

@jandt-desy checks the same for 2 more backbone issues

@frust45 you said that color coding of the clusters should be doable. Can you please check that (if it's easy).

Nice ;) Is there any way to explicitly define colors (rgb)? @extend .alert-success is funny :)

I'd like to stick with the colors as in proposal any any presentation so far (although not strictly Helmholtz colors): Backbone should in orange.

Generally I think the colors in the boxes should be somewhat lighter.

Yes, this can be done with any color. Using the @extend thing was the easiest way to demonstrate it. Perhaps we can talk about the colors in our meeting in a few minutes, then I can implement it accordingly.

Very fine for me! If easy to implement I'd prefer to have the text boxes even lighter a bit (20% or so)
