WIP: Service usage: Newspost

• Added newspost (stub so far) and links to some service usage plots (link to usage plots has been added meanwhile !327 (merged))
• Plots themselves should be embeeded in a nicer context, beyond https://hifis.net/doc

In my point of view, this are interessting questions for the required news:

Question: Roll out started xxx month ago (1.1.20) HIFIS User / in Relation to total Helmholtz User (14%) Relation RSE User / Non RSE User in Relation to total Helmholtz User (??) Mainly used (Cloud) Services (Git, Mattermost, Helpdesk) ….development (3 monthly vs. period before) Trainings / Education (1.1.21 – 31.10.21) vs. current period

....

Where could we find details, please?

As a proposal, I added some of the numbers to the news post draft (commit 0e49a4d4).

Still not sure if we should publish that as "news".

Ich würde die Details nicht als News posten.

News mit 6 K User für den link zu den Daten fände ich ok. Nur dabei ist es hilfreich, aktuelle Daten zeigen zu können. Und bitte bedenken, dass die links auch öffentlich sind.

Links zu den dahinterliegenden Daten öffentlich zu haben ist okay, dazu sind wir angehalten.

Wenn wir das aber nicht als News posten wollen, würde ich das hier dann schließen.

Andere Meinungen, @SpickerHZB @erxleb87 ?
