Update disclaimer from spotlights overview page

Since the number of presented spotlights is meanwhile considerable, propose to remove the green disclaimer on top of the overview page.

Note:

• The design of the cards (more efficient space usage and improved overview) will be tackled and will be aligned with similar overview for hifis.net relaunch.

@konrad during discussion for soon-to-be-published new hifis.net, we stumbled over the green disclaimer in current spotlights overview. Can we meanwhile remove it like this proposal?

Yes, "preliminary" is not the right word. Would be better to write: "This is just a selection of Helmholtz Software Spotlights, which will be continuously expanded and updated. Stay tuned and learn more about great research software projects!" LG Uwe
