Update submodule dependencies

I thought it might be a good chance to bump dependencies before the actual Monday release. It's not strictly necessary though and could also be moved to later.

• Bump FontAwesome to version 6.1.1
• Bump Bootstrap to version 5.6.1
• Bump Mathjax to version 3.2.0
