That looks principally good, thank you! But we'd need to clarify at least:

• What is the difference between "Contact" and "Support" in this case? I could probably live with reducing this to one button
• We would rather quickly need to clarify the Zammad workflow between at least AS, AK, TH, UJ.

@frust45 @jandt-desy Suggestion: Moving headline to the top. Perhaps change wording to just "Contact us". As we are the single point of contact at the moment and there are several links regarding different topics to this contact-page it does not make sense to add "Question on this website".

@frust45 is there anything to add here for the Zammad contact form? Can this already be used, i.e. does the input end up as a ticket in Zammad (don't want to blindly try and shoot down your Zammad )
