Video download on the fly

Removed static lfs upload of video, instead replace by some sort of artifact download from the video project.

This has some implications:

• Video project is set public (should be done so anyway, but needs license stuff)
• download is from newest artifact always, so reproducibility of hifis.net build is affected.
