Draft: News listing reformatting, "Blog posts" instead of "News"

Two-column view of news/blog posts.

• Make two-column view more responsive, yet unflexibly switching to one column on slightly too narrow screens
• Presence of tags and/or categories makes tiles unequally high, tackle that

Further: Renaming from News to Blog posts, and correspondingly removal of "News" categories (from !528 (closed)) buttons according to https://gitlab.hzdr.de/hifis/overall/hifis.net/-/issues/310#note_1408462

• Filter for nothing anymore (yet "news")
• Decide on whether to remove "news" tag altogether; or instead remove only from some
• need to redirect all news links to corresponding posts links
• rss feed is still called news.xml, but I think that's fine.
