@jandt-desy Isn't that another step? Here we want to evuate all the other services beyond the first services. How can we evulate ther service usage of a service that isn't running yet?

What about adding two more?
- Dec 2021: The cloud service portfolio process framework will be agreed upon and will be used for the maintenance and further strengthening of the service portfolio.
- Jan 2022: The initial set of cloud services will be reviewed. The results will enter the annual HIFIS report and further service portfolio maintenance.
