Put first newsletter in archive

• Add very primitive stub on overview of so-far published newsletter
• Make this "beautiful"
• Clean up html (and possibly pdf) from broken links, so that pictures appear correctly and htmlproofer doesn't complain
  • Link to "Education Calendar" yet missing
  • OMG, even the alt texts have vanished. Replicate them.
  • Added css. Do we really need that?
  • possibly clean up html further: Provide speaking names for pictures
• Re-create pdf with then-clean links to hifis.net pages etc.
• Added button to this page on landing page
• Added link to this page on hamburger menu
• Decide on whether we want a pdf at all
