Add Use Case CASUS

As this contribution is very long, I suggest to publish the two use cases that are included separately. It's one from Health and one from Earth & Environment. I would then write a short introduction for the second use case, making clear that it belongs to CASUS. Actually, it's three parts in one: a general overview of the usage of HIFIS services at CASUS (what I initially assumed the CASUS Use Case would be), plus two specific use cases from Health and Earth & Environment. Making three short blogposts of it and publish them over the next two weeks? (Would have the benefit that you could publish part 2 and 3 while i'm on holiday to keep the blog section alive.)
The text uses "we" (CASUS) as point of view at the general appraisal (part one). The other Use Cases were published from our (HIFIS) perspective / a neutral third person PoV. The latter was preferred till now, but IMHO we could publish them as "testimonials" from the user perspective.
Another question arises from the style of writing, the sentences are very long and complicatedly constructed which is not recommended in texts for the web. Change that?

I'll include this in the agenda for the meeting on wednesday, but feel free to discuss here before the meeting.

Currently I am setting up links, as the text came without any, and images for the post, thus preparing stuff regardless the questions above.
