Correct service specific deep links to portal

Links to services in portal do not work anymore, because the linking logic (after the plony import https://gitlab.hzdr.de/hifis/cloud/access-layer/portal/-/merge_requests/112 ) changed.

Same will need to be done with techdoc, newsletter, A4 page outlet, and probably more :-(
