title is not correct and should be changed: "11 partnering Helmholtz Centres for HIFIS"

Title: oh well, original text was "11 partners for the entire Helmholtz Association". Not sure when I shortened this. The meaning is that there are 11 participants, but for the sake of the larger association. --> Changed accordingly.

Would it be okay like this?

Size of logos: It's the same template as for the older "partners page". For me it looks okay like this, but probably we could have a try with generally smaller size (in both pages).

@SpickerHZB is this size better?

On the other hand, now I think that partners page logos are too small, wdyt?
