Draft: Accordion on one or two levels?

I turned the first question block into a proposal, which does two things:

• it removes the unneccessary link from the question which makes the whole line clickable instead of only the small triangle on pos 1. Also, the link look confuses the user, because you hover and click and it does nothing
• it tucks the questions under the section part; this is handy when we have more questions and a long list (And alternative would be to have a table of contents which has links to the sections, so you can see above the sections, click to your section and then have the questions there)
