Editing the FAQ page

This does several small things:

• delete a dead link in the answer to "how should I acknowledge HIFIS",
• restructure list of things that HIFIS is building in answer "how can HIFIS help me as a researcher" (that the offers are free of charge is odd between the other bullet points, so I changed it to a paragraph after the list
• fixes some typos
• updates info that ALL centres are connected to AAI
• adds a footer
