Standard link collection to subscriptions

• Add replicable standard text for all subscription possibilities
• Place that text into
  a) FAQ,
  b) Newsletter overview
  c) Dedicated subscription liks only page
• Add front page button to explicitly list only these links
• Add so-far missing link to AAI announcement letter (take-over from !669 (closed))
