Hint on german contacting possibilies

Decision in VC 20221214 - Added some hints on the possibility to contact us in German also:

• FAQ
• Hamburger Menu
• Contact formular
• We could add a link to German about HIFIS PDF on the landing page !685 (merged)
• currently the job offer of GFZ is in German. We can give a hint about the required language on our career page.

about the hint on the PDF: Good point, but that needs additional space on the landing page and I have an idea to reshape this anyway a bit. Will do so in a separate merge request.
