Add points to extend roadmap during 2023

Add two relatively trivial points to roadmap, indicating when we plan to extend the roadmap ;) - short and long-term, respectively.

Basically this is to (asap) indicate that the roadmap is currently being revised (and not dead), plus additional it points could not have been reasonably defined earlier because we needed to await the eval results.
