Fix / remove css for newsletter

Uwe Jandt (DESY, HIFIS) requested to merge fix-css-newsletter into master

From first NL there are still some legacy remains in the css. Remove that.

  • emptied css, cannot delete it because it is explicitly referenced in so-far sent mails
  • remove any reference to old css in online htmls

Compare:

  • Old 👉 all "HTML"
  • New 👉 all "HTML"
