Add functional AAI links to hamburger menu

In PR Op Meeting 20230816 the question came up to provide easier findable links to AAI login and VO management.

• Added such to Hamburger menu
• Moved the corresponding section in /aai more to top, reformulated slightly and made links bold-face.
