Add logo and its licence to HIFIS media page

Closes #470 (closed)

• add logo and license
• remove link to publications - avoid thinking there are other things than outreach materials in this page
• rename page to media & outreach materials (same reason)
• add illustration for podcasts and changing from .html to .md for more flexibility in future updates
