Clean up old transitions and events feed

This cleans up two legacy things that we somehow missed to do beforehand (!786 (merged)):

• remove the legacy transitions (old S-shape separator that is not present anymore in current Helmholtz CI)
• remove events.xml atom feed that has not been used anyway for year(s)
