Fix bugs

Uwe Jandt (DESY, HIFIS) requested to merge fix-bugs into main

Fixes some, but not all of the bugs. Especially

  • July and August, stats on files are broken
  • Oktober: numbers of users yet need to be rectified

Script is a bit reshuffled, to facilitate raw data inspection
